Our gite is located in a converted barn, which is next to our house.

Our new gite
comfortably sleeps two people in a double bed on the mezzanine level. However, there is a double sofa bed in the lounge area, so three or four people could be accommodated. Cot and camp bed facilities are also available. There is a lounge / dining area, with TV and DVD player, Wifi, wood-burning stove, and electric radiators. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with electric hob, microwave / steam oven, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker. There is a separate fridge and freezer. There is a shower room with downstairs toilet and heated towel rail.
An ironing board, iron and hairdryer are included.
Externally there is a seating area / pergola and BBQ. Guests have exclusive and use of the pool during their stay. Free parking is available on site
The Gite is available all the year round. Why not spend Christmas / New Year in this wonderful part of France?
We do not allow smoking in the gite, and unfortunately pets are also not allowed

For 2025 the rental costs for the Gite are as follows:
January 4th to March 29th £ 660 / 760 euro per week (Pool unavailable)
March 29th to May 10th £ 660 / 760 euro per week (Pool subject to weather)
May 10th to July 5th £ 680 / 780 euro per week
July 5th to September 20th £ 820 / 940 euro per week
September 20th to October 25th £ 680 / 780 euro per week
October 25th to December 20th £ 680 / 780 euro per week (Pool unavailable)
December 20th to January 3rd £ 820 / 940 euro per week (Pool unavailable)

25% of the rental costs are payable on confirmation of the booking, with the balance due one month before your stay
A returnable deposit of £350 is payable against any damage
The above rental costs includes heating, bed linen, gite towels and separate pool towels, and is also fully inclusive of cleaning costs.
A local tourist tax, levied by the French government, is payable at the rate of 1.5 euros per person, per night
